The Health & Balance™ Program is designed for optimal health based on your individual needs . Each menu plan is unique to you based on the Health & Balance ™ Lab Tests which include over 100 different assessments.

The assessments that determine your program include:

  • The Glycemic Index of Foods That Boost Your Metabolism
  • Lab work ( A unique profile of blood & urine tests are utilized to determine your optimal metabolism booster eating plan)

STEP 1 EVALUATION

An extensive assessment of your overall health designed to improve your longevity and vitality. Over 100 values of blood, urine, questionnaire (revIvelife© score) and physical exam results are reviewed to create your unique program.

This will consist of a menu customized to you and balancing your metabolism . Natural remedies to support the process will also be reviewed and recommended.

Is the program covered by OHIP or insurance companies?

The program is not covered under OHIP , however most third party insurance companies include naturopathic coverage which may cover a portion of your program.

The following is an example of the average cost to patient with Naturopathic Insurance Coverage.

Exercise is a complimentary foundation to any weight program.

What about supplements?

A customized program to optimize your health needs will be recommended.

*The cost of supplements will be over and above the program fee structure.

What about medications?

Any medications you are currently using will be continued through the program. As your health improves it is recommended to keep your medical doctor abreast of all changes as we often see the ability to reduce pharmaceutical medications.

Will I be able to find all the foods needed on the program?

The majority of the foods on the program will be easily accessible at your local grocery store. We will assist you in sourcing any additional food items. Possibly you will get the opportunity to discover new foods on your nutritional plan that you have never eaten before.

Will there be any additional requirements / equipment needed?

A Scale for the measurement of food.
